Oh I'm sorry you're right Click on the yellow arrow to download. After that, extract the file and put extinfo.dat, infolib.dat and savlib.dat into the TTMenu folder.

no prob its really nice that you are helping me out...so after i format and put the file into the TTmenu, i just put the pre-patch into the SDcard or do i have to patch the pokemonHG first?

After you put the files into the TTMenu folder, copy/backup everything on your MicroSD to your Computer. Now, if you have installed Panasonic Formatter, open it and choose the drive. Click on format. Now wait 'till it's done. If it's done, put eveything you copied/backuped back on MicroSD. Now you have to download a Pre-Patched HG or SS ROM. Put it on your MSD and try if it works!

PS! If you already had a *.sav file, rename it correctly! Like this:
HeartGold(U).nds
HeartGold(U).sav
And not like this:
hgpatched(u).nds
HeartGold(U).sav

Thank you for all this, the game runs perfectly fine and doesn't freeze; However, I had the same problem as one of the above posters. Before, I had a (J) Rom that didn't freeze, but every time I would save and turn it off, turn it back on, it jumps to a new game. With this patch (ROM I should say, I downloaded the'4748 - Pokemon HeartGold (U) Pre-Patched | SendSpace Uploaded by fclinux001' one), now it says the file will be deleted due to corruption or damage (Doesn't really matter because it does this every time).

I got all the way to the Pokemon League, beat it, but the game restarted (After the credits), and it jumped to a new game. (With the (J) ROM). I'm thinking it'll give me the 'Blue Screen, corrupted file, etc' when I beat the Pokemon league with this ROM now.

Is there any way to fix this? I could totally post a video if you don't get what is going on.

EDIT: I thought it was because I downloaded 88.zip, so I downloaded the newest one (105.zip) and it still corrupts.

EDIT2: I think I might have figured it out. Just with my own stupidity, I was playing the Pre-Patched version. (Without patching it, I was thinking Pre-Patched met, it was patched for me already)

I think I'm just going to buy Heart Gold. I'm going to need a legitimate copy for the VGWC anyways.

Oh yeah i forgot about the VGWC. Another option is to download soul silver. Lugias cooler and soul silver looks a lot nicer and if you catch ho-oh in ss, it is lvl.70 instead of lvl.45.

they hold one everytime they realease a new pokemon game, usually they also give out a pokemon that has stuff it can't (water type lvl.100 that know all fire type moves) and you battle other people but there is only a couple places where they hold them (i live in south california so there is one near there this year) and most of the time but not always there is a lvl limit and a no legendaries policy. That what my cousin told me, the last time I tried to play and got there when I needed to, they said I was too young to enter. { :-( }

Pokemon Video Gaming World Championships. There is regionals, nationals and then world. Top 16 in Regionals go to Nationals, Top 16 at Nationals go to World, top 8 at world win insane prizes. Up to 768? People at each regional tournament.

2v2 battling, just check out that website for more info, I'm way too stoked for it.
I don't wan to go off-topic, so. This ROM works entirely fine, it's just my stupid flash cart that makes it get corrupt when I turn it off or reset.
