well does it work for r4 firmware 1.18 i am a newbie at this sort of thing has anyone tried on r4i sd hc using firmware 1.19b

Cronoblaster: Use the Action Replay codes.

Rudegal: Yes, it works on R4 with firmware 1.18 perfectly.

My rom still crashed after about 35 actions. I tried using both No$gba with and without no$zoomer.
Can somebody help please?

This might be a weird question, but I am able to play the patched version of SoulSilver on a DSi XL with no freezing, but it doesn't work on a DS Lite.

My card is this:

I don't know anything about flash cards, so I don't know if the card I have is a common card, but I thought it would work the same for both a DSi XL and a DS Lite. Is there something I can do?

I actually bought my R4 card locally only two days ago, and was told that the R4i doesn't work on the DS Lite (despite it saying it does on the box!)

I don't know if that's true or not, but that's what I was told so that may be the reason.

Thanks for the reply. It seems to work for other games like Mario Kart and Pokemon Pearl so I don't know if there is just any extra funkiness with the new AP stuff. I am learning as much as I can as I go along but there is all sorts of conflicting information everywhere. I guess it just takes a lot of trial and error.

SoulSilver works for me up to the point when you input your name. After that I get black screened.
I'm running on:

R4 SDHC
Firmware 1.34

Possible help?

Download the No$Gba+Files package, it's in the Tutorials section

Sorry, doesn't work for R4SDHC 1.34

I'm also using r4SDHC, 1.6 firmware or so I think, and it works fine. Thanks a lot! This should be stickied, or the patch added to the anti-piracy patch topic.

Okay, it works great with the exception of the freezing when experiencing a transition in the game. Battle end, talk to someone to trigger an event, caught a pokemon, etc.

Hi, I'm using a R4 SDHC Christmas Limited Edition kernel 1.19b.
Does anyone have this one? I'm trying all the possible roms of this game, but I always get a black screen after the name input.
That's really annoying, I wanted a simple R4 SDHC and they sent me the red one... Truth is Limited Edition sucks.

Are you sure that is r4i? 1.19b is the latest kernel for r4sdhc Xmas limited edition (the red one).
I have this one... I can't install YSMenu though I followed the official tutorial step by step.
In plus, it can't run this game, every rom I tried failed. I hate this card.
