See the first post, it says they were able to succesfully emulate commercial roms. Proves ps3 can be almost perfectly emulated, maybe not with the current hardware, but for sure in the near future.
In the 2000's when Playstation 2 was released it was impossible to emulate it, 'back then' . Now, 14 yrs later, there are systems that can run almost all ps2 games at full speed at 1080p. The same would be the case with the ps3 in the next 10-15 years ( atleast i hope : )
That seems are bit too long, considering the way technology is advancing at today's rate. Possibly 5 years I'd say.
the PS3 is also many times more complicated than the PS2, and the rate of technology advancement is actually slowing down (in terms of processing power).

Now tell me is really need to made ps3 emulator playing on pc whats the point? i mean is cool thing someone did so hard pushing limits create form a powerful console to become a emulator, then i hope someone will make a 3ds one day wich really welcome. Yes I've come across this too earlier. Seems a lot of Programmers have been very active. There has been a lot of New Emulator Projects lately.
So u mean stuff like its CPU Architecture are similar to that of a computers? But even if making an Emulator is not too difficult, wouldn't the requirement to run an Emulated game be very VERY High?! A super power full CPU & GPU.
it's identical to a PC, its an AMD APU. Hence an emulator wouldn't be necessary, it would be possible to run the games natively.
