But seriously, I think it's possible that this site could be worth that much, even if that mentioned amount is fictitious. Seth is one creative...-tive...-tive...-tive admin. Ran out of adjectives on that one.

Don't forget that just owning the site won't make it profitable. You'll also need the content updates, site/comment/forum management and server/network upkeep skills.
