[RomUlation-Game] Leaderboard and enrollment

So I decided to create the RomUlation game.
A game where only the best can win.
A game where only true heroes can take part in.
In other words a game with fun challenges, where everyone can join.


I'll post the first challenge if there are enough people who are interested.
