I'm an romantic a heart, but I tend to generally stay away from romance Manga's. Maybe it's the trend of the female completely abusing the male with no direct sign of affection or physical connection. I hate this soap opreah technique, as it seems to be used solely to lengthen the manga. (*cough*Love Hina*Cough*)

Romance Manga's I have read.

Chobits - I liked this one, although I'm not to into the whole robot thing. I thought it was romantic that they choose to remain abstinent to preserve the minds of who they feel in love with. I guess I would have rather had the story take place in Greek mythology, where the man falls in love with a goddess.

Love Hina - One of the more painful Manga's I've ever read. I feel so sorry for the protagonist who wants to see his childhood sweet heart. The author alludes to Hina as being her multiple times, but there never any closure, and the author just kept making more manga's to milk to story.

Tende Freeze - I liked this one due to Isutoshi-san's unqiue sense of humor. This one doesn't have any nasty scene's at all, as it is Ecchi. The relationship between the weird set of characters is interesting.

Slut Girl (Hentai) - Pretty much an heterosexual Manga remaking of "Brokeback Mountain" (lol kinda). Their relationship is based on raw physical contact, but throughout the story the characters find the same kind of love for one another that Jack and Ennis found. And yet again, I love Isutoshi-san's humor.

That's all I can think of right now. :3 I guess I'm more of a romantic guy, because I was homeschooled so I've never had a girlfriend.
