    i can play MMBN but i still cant play the starfocre side of the game i downloaded the prepatch rom and it doesnt work >.<

    Does it functions in EZFlashVi or an emulator? Because i downloaded the original version and patched but it still in japanese

    The code and the patched version are to bypass antipiracy protection.
    It has nothing to do with changing the language.
    If you want English, try looking for a USA/EU region version. But I don't know if it exsist or not.

    Yes it should function properly using the latest DeSmuMe and on No$GBA via BIOS Mode.
    Cause as you should have noticed the game you are trying to play dates back to 2009.
