even in the comics he was called robotnik though, I used to read them ALOT when I was a kid I remember kintobor aswell, the good version of robotnik
Most of the time, yes. He was referred to as eggman on occasion though. kintobor was robotnik before he became robotnik.
well canonly speaking in japan he was always called eggman but its just his alius here so, he still is robotnik don't worry.
i never said it WAS an issue.....i just posted "what do you prefer?"...the other people have turned it into an issue.
well when i was younger i read an artical that the resion behind them changing robotnik's name to egg man was because there was a russan dictator name robotnik a long long time ago so with that they stoped and started calling him eggman but that what iv read in an artical years ago dont ask me for a sorce for i do not have that artical anymore
If only his nickname is Eggman, maybe SEGA can satisfy everyone by letting Sonic and co. call him Eggman and everyone else like his robots and the army or whatever call him his given name Robotnik.
OMG I know! Robotnik is SO much cooler than eggman. I grew up watching those movies / cartoons, too. SEGA's fans only exist because of their classic creations. They need to focus on continuing their legacy, not "adapting" to modern specifications. Robotnik was epic.
