But you didn't say the answer...so it's still unsolved

A man was to be sentenced, and the judge told him, "You may make a statement. If it is true, I'll sentence you to four years in prison. If it is false, I'll sentence you to six years in prison." After the man made his statement, the judge decided to let him go free. What did the man say?

You're in a room with nothing but a baseball bat, piano, and a piece of chalk. How do you get out? (Hint: there is more than one way to get out.)

logic: you can't because there's no oxygen or walls or floors

    answer: no idea

swing the bat three times, three strikes your out
take a key off the piano and unlock the door
break the chalk in half put the two halves together to make whole/hole and go through it(should really be said aloud)
    or just draw a hole

    lol another answer
hit yourself on the head with the bat to make a sore
use the saw (sore) to cut the piano in half
    two halves make a whole
climb through the hole (whole) to freedom

yeah, that one really needs to be said

There was once a knight bold and brave. He felled countless
opponents and was said to be peerless on the battlefield.

However, legend has it that there was one foe that set the knight quaking in
his armored boots. The knight feared this monster because of the rumor that
surrounded it. It was said that anyone who slew the beast was destined to spill
his own blood in the process.

Can you guess the identity of this terrifying foe?

Well you got the chalk and the bath correct but the piano one was wrong. I kind of forgot that there aren't any doors.
