Return of Premium Payments

    I know that it has been down for a while due to PayPal locking RomUlation out or something, but I would like to suggest bringing it back, powered by someone else, such as Stripe.

    if we can bring it back we will do so, at this point we're still looking for suitable alternatives

    Problem is that it's visa and mastercard setting these rules so Stripe, braintree, 2checkout et all won't be any different.
