I heard that the rules don't always have to apply if you appear to be regularly purchasing premium memberships. It's because you're buying favor.

 

Most premiums hardly stop buy-I only know of littlekill who is a regular.

Anyway, Premium members do get benefits but arnt any different......cept they dont eally go on forums
