    Do you have enough "points" to download the ISO you're trying to download though? Maybe your problem is points related and not connection related? ???

    If they get that error message it is 100% related to too many connections, otherwise it would say not enough points.

    I'm having this issue. Tried to download, lost connection, now I can't download anything. I even cleared my download history, just in case it's on my end. No dice.

    I keep getting the whole too many active connections deal and I don't have any download pending or anything. What's the deal?

    It's a bug in our system that we've not been able to isolate yet. I've reset your counter. Keep reporting if it happens again.
