    Hi. I just started yesterday and it says 'Only 1 concurrent connection is allowed to normal members.' I haven't downloaded anything yet though.

    Seeing download restriction isn't the same as can't download more than 1 file issue.
    So which is your case? If the 1st case then nothing can be done.
    If the 2nd case then an admin will reset for you.

    It's not an error. Files marked with that message means it's been removed.

    Only report cases of "Regular Member can't download more than one file" in this topic.
