having the same problem here
i'm not downloading anything and it says too many active downloads

 

I'm also having the same issue. A download finished like an hour and a half or so ago and I just tried to download another and it tells me to wait for my current one to finish. I am using chrono and wasn't aware I had to set it to 1 connection before I downloaded could that be the issue? Thanks!

 

having this issue right now last download ended a while ago.
btw my account is liserg.

I am currently having this problem as well. Although I am not downloading anything, it tells me that I have too many active connections.
It may have happened because the computer was shut down as I was downloading the ROM?
