    Was downloading Shinobi for PS2, when it stop half way due to network error. Now when I try to download it again or any other game, it still says the same thing. "Too many active connections".

    you don't actually have this problem, you have a strange mutation of it that pops up occasionally where the user gets the error but their counter is actually 0. Seph is looking in to it.

    After downloading 1 game I've encountered the same problem again. What causes this error? So that I could avoid encountering the issue over and over again :D

    it's not avoidable at the moment, it either happens or it doesn't, we're working on trying to get rid of it.

    What? It happened again.
    It was all fine and dandy, and I could download.
    Downloaded one thing, waited for that to finish.
    Once it was finished, I started another because I had enough points and it said the same thing again!
    I though it was fixed! Oh well.
    Thank you for your help anyway.
    You guys got on to the problem quick and I appreciate that.
