'Regular members can't download more than one file at once' - Clearance Thread

    Hi Seph!

    After experiencing this problem I have tried to download a game without logging in and I managed to download one game but after that the same problem prompted.

    Thank you in advance for fixing this issues. :)

    Hi again,

    I'm just wondering. How would we know if our accounts have been reset? What I do is try downloading some games but whenever the error is prompting my points are also decreasing without anything that is being downloaded. Are we going to receive those points were missing?

    The issue is tied to your IP, even if you have 10 accounts. It'll be experienced by all of it. After all, as I recall back then, the admin don't allow member to own multiple accounts. If found, they'll only allow that member to keep their primary account, and ban/block the remaining. That's to prevent a member from abusing the point system. Not sure if this rule still applicable. I'll leave it for the admin to clarify on their stance.

    Again, logged in or not, it's tied to your IP. You'll just have to wait until the admin reset you.

    You'll know when one of them post here after doing so. Also, points get deducted for clicking a download link. But you have 72 hours to resume a fail download for the exact same file/link counted from the time of your initial click. Usually no refund is given, unless certain condition is met. In your case, you'll just have to make sure to download that file you had clicked after the reset is made.

    Both reset. I should warn you that having multiple accounts is a rule violation, we only allow one account per person.

    Edit: points are only deducted if the download starts.

    Thanks BTW. Yeah I have two accounts but the other account is for my brother. I am only handling the other account to download what he wants because he doesn't have a fast internet connection unlike in my office place.

    I don't abuse these points by using these accounts and I often use them for downloading games.
