    I don't know where to post for this, so I'll post here (most related threads are closed for discussion), since you said I would get a timely response from posting on the forum.

    Hello again Romulation,

    I think I would prefer to request a refund instead, the process is taking too long. I made two purchases for the premium and neither went through. One purchase I made to the wrong email address tied to another romulation account. So I tried correcting the mistake by charging it to the correct email (the second purchase). What should I do? Are you able to help me get both payments back? Please help me as soon as you can.
