[RECOMMENDATION] A good "FPSRPG"

    Hello.
    Can anyone recommend me a good PC single player RPG with FPS elements? Something like Hellgate London but better. Don't recommend Borderlands because it's already on my list.

    ---I want---
    Focus on guns with a bit of melee
    Something that takes place in a modern or futuristic setting.
    A game where you fight MONSTERS. Not other humans. Humanoids maybe, but not real humans 3/4 of the time.
    ---

    ---I do NOT want---
    Huge focus on melee combat
    Something that takes place in a miedevil setting
    Games with issues running on a Windows 7 Home Premium x64 bit system.

    I should rephrase that. It's okay if there's a huge emphasis on guns and fighting monsters.

    if you like a medieval setting try oblivion though as its medieval the only non melee weapons are bows theres lots of monsters in it to

    the only thing that comes to mind is BIOSHOCK BIOSHOCK BIOSHOCK *cough*system shock*cough* BIOSHOCK 2!!!
    umm he SPECIFICALLY SAID no medieval settings

    fallout 3, fallout new vegas (hasnt come out yet, but you can check it out once it comes out)
    all the Elder Scrolls games
    borderlands
    these are the only ones that come in mind

    oh, and bioshock is not really an rpg game, its like an action/adventure game
