Oh my god, how badly informed people are :O Wiki tells it all.

Anime was cancelled, because it sucked bad. Especially if compared to the manga. Hiro Mashima however completed the manga, in 2005 with 35 volumes. Which is kinda stantard lenght for successfull shonens. The anime spans about 12 first volumes.

It didn't end Mashimas career though. In 2006 he started Fairy Tail, which became a hit in its magazine. And now just recently it got an anime adaptation. Let's hope it doesn't fail as badly as Rave did. While doing Fairy Tail, Mashima al created 2 shorter mangaseries Monster Soul, and Monster Hunter Orage. The latter loosely based on a video game.

 

Is Ravemaster the same as Rave Manga?

and its basically the same,
minor details changed..
but thats about it..

 

Does the anime actually end properly, like the manga? I've completely read the manga, and found it awesome.

You know, one of Rave's plot somehow is the same with ending of Canaan, and in Rave it happens almost twice.

If you guys remember...

ah, Canaan is just another anime that aired, and ended recently.
I can say that Canaan is not good, because it's just like old stories that cramped each other.

I hope its the sub that you guys watched of Rave Master because the dub is.... interesting to say the least....well, that's just IMO

 

who watches dubs when you have subs available?
ok I would watch the dub of Evangelion 1.0 since it sounds nice, but before, don't even think about it
