Shamans are the only Magic Class that doesn't need to hold on the stylus to cast their basic attack magic though.

Yes, start as any other class and reborn later.

Since you already played the game, I believe you know its not a good idea.

Besides, build for a player acolyte would be STR/AGI/INT right?

 

OK now I'm going to make a spear knight look at this

Put at least 30 or 35 in DEX & VIT and the rest in STR, then you can put spare points in AGI if your that overleveled. I'm doing 30 DEX 35 VIT and MAX STR and leftover points in VIT or AGI

Spear Knight at its core:
Pierce - Lvl 8
Provoke - Lvl 8
Sp. Mastery - Lvl 8
HP Recovery - Lvl 5

Oh and get 2 Slotted Gloves and put in Bongun Cards, Bongun Cards add +25% Damage for Physical Skills (Bash,Pierce,etc.)

 

then do the quest for a slotted megingjard and do the clone glitch in the mirage tower and add bongun cards for extra damage.

 

Ahahaha my character is level 1 and all stats are at 99 @__@ helluva lot of rebirth...
And yes, use megingjard but I recommend you turn it into a critical battle priest, just put cards with + crit and have Gloria I think to add to your luck, get a phreeoni card put it in your weapon then put 3 hoodlum cards, and voila just a few more rebirth and you can go one on one with Detardeurus.

oh... it's good to see there's still some people who spends time playing ragnarok ds. i'm up to DQ IX right now, the first dragon quest i've ever played and it's amazing, it reminds me so much about ragnarok. i just hate the unavailability to play wifi with others >_<

 

im going to keep playing ragnarok ds until i max all of my stats then use that feeling of accomplishment to retire from the game

The game is easy.

Anyway I have no idea for a build for assassins. When I played the Korean version I made one but...

Didn't liked much, swordsman/knights have a easier time on a new game.

For Thiefs, go for the standard MMo build, 30 attack, 20 dex, rest agi.
When you reach around 60~70 agi, go Attack all the way and spam Sonic Blow.

Drops and Freoni Cards will take care of your lack of Dex.
The problem and gayest part of Assassin is lack of shield, so you can't use the awesome Gold Thief Bug card, which can save your life against the bosses.
