I didnt expect the Marker to be that transparent but good job on finding that, was that piece Yellow to begin with or is that paint you used?
I use the one with the Ballpoint tip: http://www.paperstone.co.uk/prod_17622_553-579-582_Pentel-Micro-Correct-Correction-Fluid-Pen-Needle-Point-Precision-Tip-12ml-Fine-Ref-ZL31-W-Pack-12.aspx
nah, i found tipp ex in the office supplies shop near my office... if only i have looked there 1st >.> i have a newly primer plastic junk that i can test it tonight.
tipp ex work like charm, however the tipp ex layer cracks easily and extremely fragile. so i cover it with a layer of clear spray before i paint it with marker. i think i'm ready to start now XD wish me luck
update after paint with brown paint and waited for 2 days to dry, blu tack works great, except its hard as hell to remove... it break off too easily, take alot of time to remove it cleanly... also i some how manage to chip off some brown paint in the process (stupid clumsy finger).. edit: tipp ex and fine detail doesnt mix well... it look like shit so i scrap it off, i hope it doesnt ruin the hat.... after some hand painting (the tipp ex leftover+yellow marker+brown paint = slightly light brown with alittle bit yellow), it look o.k to me, have to waited til the paint dry... also for some reason alot of paint came off under the hat from touching.. look like i have to repaint the under the hat again. Post Merge: [time]1330259025[/time] i think it turn out pretty good even the screw up with tipp ex. now i'll just inspect it one more time to see if there is any more paint got chip away, then i'll just clear coat it.
