Sometimes if the music tracks are missing this can cause problems with loading the game, They should be in MDF,MDS images so they keep music with games like tomb raider

Nope this time it goes through the Sony screen then just turns black afterwords. When I click insert CD image it says iso9660 incorrect header then a whole bunch of msgs that say r3000 executed illegal opcode then some numbers and it just does that repeatedly

Yea I posted on that thread a while back but that didn't work. I just keep gettin this black screen I'll try downloading a different dump as you said.

Ok now it's working since I tried that download but it's running really quick how do I limit the fps?

 

For pal 50 FPS for NTSC 60 FPS

If you are using epsxe graphics plugin, they should be a Use FPS limit and FPS limit (10-200) try 50 or 60

 

Yea i found it shortly after I posted. Just one more thing why isn't there any music?

 

Did you enable XA in sound - try P.E.Op.S. Dsound audio driver 1.9

They did not use Alcohol 120% and turn them into MDF-MDS images, Some games like tomb raider have sub tracks that MDF image keeps, If they have turn it into Bin-Cue or iso images of the disc thease tracks will be missing

This can also cause problems with loading certin parts of the game

 

I enabled that XA option now I get some music but it's pretty choppy it supposed to be like this and will this help the game stop freezing all the time? I've had to start over a lot bc of it.

 

I tried Pete's OpenGL2 2.9 to open Team Buddies but it says "Missing render-texture extension" and then "No pixel format available" and after that shuts down.
What does that actually mean and how could it be fixed?

What setting do you use for that plugin ?
Try to use the default "nice" setting, or maybe your Graphic Card doesn't support that plugin.

 

What is your graphic card?
OpenGL2 only works for newer cards, try disable the Pixel Shader on your Pete's plugins option.
If that doesn't work, switch to OpenGL1 or D3D.

 

Yeah I think my graphic card is the one to blame. I got the game working with DarkMan's D3D driver.
