The PSP wouls've broke after the 1st or 2nd). WTF: I have dropped my PSP on concrete, in my house and the battery flew out as did the Memory stick. but it didnt break. Everything is working perfectly. The PSP is a very good homebrew system and the apps are a lot cooler than the ds ones. DS: touchscreen is a very good feature. it involves the player and can be used in homebrew. The mic adds fun to the system at no extra cost. The homebrew scene is picking up very quickly for the DS. We can see homebrew such as DSlinux, DSOganize, irc which all utilize the touch screen to the maximum effect. IRC on psp??? no way. MSN on DS = The thing i like about DS, is the ability to have a plethora of online games. On the PSP there are very few WIFI games.
well, i get DS mainly for the ability to play rom....how ever because the nature of NDS game, its pretty slow for me....since i'm not a big fans of Mario, Puzzle game or plain fun game.... how ever I'll get a PSP at the end on this year because there is more game that i like in PSP rather in DS.... -Monster Hunter (great co-ops game) -Silent Hill: Origin -Metal Gear Solid: Protable OPS -Taiko no Tatsujin 2 (80 over songs in my friend's PSP) how ever i might give up on PSP if the rumour about PSP2 is true.....
the psp2 you're talking about is nothing more than a smaller psp with a cable connection to the tv and other features.
i'm going to buy a nds mostly for pokemon and mario games. i'll buy a r4ds too, and later i'll search for some other games. could someone give me some good nds games (except pokemon and mario)??
Elite Beat Agents. (It rocks!! Literrally) Pheonix Wrights, Ace attorney. Justice for All (Well I like it, but that may be because i want to be a lawyer) Harvest Moon Ds I'll think ofsome more later, my brians gone dead.

Both. I use both for their own capabilities. NDS for it's vareity and PSP for emulation. And also most anime games suck. They are made for milking series.
people keep saying that the ds is more durable. thats not true, my psp fell down 2 fights of stairs while i was running up them in a mall. (apparently my case was open and it flew out :-\ ) its taken many falls after and by the 4th fall my batery cover got a chip in it. oh no! my psp is broken... not. lol
I wanted a PSP for the longesttime, but you have to do alot to mod it or at least you used to have to get expensive gig sticks or hook it to your pc. I decided to get a DS when I was looking for a package that had the passkey or whatever and then the M3 simply came out so I tried it out and loved it. I got another one and I can't see doing anything else but getting more for larger multiplayer matches. I'm not sure if PSP has download play, but that means if you have a game, you can send it to another DS and play multiplayer matches with just one game. I enjoyed that waiting for my second M3 to arrive and played with my son on a bunch of games that way. A friend of mine just bought a used DS for $79 and we did a bunch of dl multiplay with that. The kids love it, my wife plays games on it because there are Windows like games, my friends and I play it and we are 35 yrs old. If you have just a short time, there are great time killer games and then the usual deep rpg. With the FPS using the touch screen, I really like that. The firmware for R4 is easy to just upgrade and they host AR max cheat files so when you go to select a game you can select the cheats and load it real quick. I made my own updated cheat file. I own AR Max, but like to have it that way. It's really fun to play quickspot multiplayer with everyone you meet
well i don't have either a psp or a nds but i think i'll have a nds soon. the truth is the most simple way of modifying a psp is buying a big memory stick, download the games from your pc, transfer them to the psp and play. you do not have to do a lot to mod it, it's even more simple than modifying the nds. but i'll buy a nds because i love mario, pokemon, zelda etc. and it seems better than the psp. i'm with you, Assi9.
People are working on a ds emulator for psp. doubt it will run full speed for about a year or two, but still a very cool advancement in psp homebrew. i choose psp over ds cause i can emulate all retro consoles up to n64 and psx! but thats no reason not to get a ds. ds is still great. oh and to Assi9, psp has game sharing for most games out there, and you're right, playing wireless multiplayer with friends is great!
