Okay. Just making sure. I just found the Wood R4 program, I just have another question.. Do i put that in the R4 root while I'm setting it up, or dag it into the files after it's installed? Or do i just install it in the root? Post Merge: [time]1276391908[/time] And, also. The Bunjalloo, do I place that file into the new moonshell?
So, I assume I'm correct in assuming you have an original R4 and were using the official 1.18 firmware before hand? If so, just remove all pieces of the old firmware and put these firmware files on your card: _rpg DSMENU.DAT (or whatever the second file is called)
I delete.. all the ds menu's..? And yes, I do have an orginal R4, which I had bought. When I had recieved it, moonshell was already in the root. Post Merge: [time]1276392125[/time] Oh and uhh.. was Wood Workshop the right thing to download..? :/
You want Wood R4 v1.08. Found here. You then want Moonshell 2.10 Stable found here. Note: Open the spoilers below for the pictures. The only system files should be the ones I have circled: Spoiler For Bunjalloo, you want the below circled files: Spoiler Finally, for Moonshell, I circled the file you should have, and the Moonshell loader you'll want to use: Spoiler Everything you'll absolutely need is circled below. It is just a combination of all of the above: Spoiler
Alright, I got it all set up and what not now.. But it's being stupid saying I need Javascript, to access and log into Gmail, and hotmail.
For gmail, you'll have to go to m.gmail.com, go through some crap with accepting cookies, and eventually find your way into your gmail. It is a horrible pain. I'm not sure for hotmail, I can't find a mobile friendly version of their email service. By the way, to keep things easier and use less power, keep images disabled until you absolutely need them.
To make life on gmail easier, first go to www.google.com and enable cookies for www.google.com via the cookies menu in settings. Then go to m.gmail.com and you should be set. It should automatically log in to the basic HTML version of gmail vs the big version. I don't know if you can get into hotmail via mobile though without a device that naturally supports it.
Yeah, yeah. I got it now ^^ haha, thanks so much for your time. I appreciate it I must've drove you nuts though. But thanks a lot. I'm really happy with the browser.
It's actually really great for little stuff and making posts on Romulation provided the posts aren't bigger then a couple of lines. No problem, I enjoy helping other people out. Also, Wood R4 fixes a lot of anti-piracy issues present with games. Only maybe 3 or 4 games still need a patch to work right with this firmware.
