Problems with my Edge card

i have no problems with worms open warfare i think its the firmware and after your reformatting should work fine ^_^

 

Worms didn't/doesn't like to run on older flashcart firmwares. I'm sure if the person updated the firmware, it should run fine.

 

Hey, i'm back! Been trying to persevere with my edge card but it's still playing up on me and i'm getting fed up with it. Pretty much the same problems as before, reformatted my microsd cards several times (in FAT32), it still randomly locks up - usually when i'm trying to save - and then when i turn it off and then back on again it goes to the screen menu.dat tidakken. I'm wondering if i should just give up and get a new flash cart, although if its not a problem with my edge card then i don't want to be spending money only for it to happen again. I've got the latest OS btw.
Any advice on whether or not to buy a new card - if so is there a good one to be recommended? My nephew and mum have got a r4's that have had no problems at all (playing the same downloaded games as me).

Edit: Just a thought, all the games that i download from romulation are European region - i always figured this was the one that i needed as i'm from the UK, is it possible this would make the card play up??

 

Hello again. It doesn't matter where you live, so you don't always have to download the E version, you download whatever region ROM you want.

New flashcart? Go for Acekard 2, or Cyclo. Check http://www.gbatemp.net/ then reviews for detailed information.

 

this is kind of weird because menu.dat tidakken is your firmware and everytime you turn on it deletes it maybe its the flashcart you got this from the internet right?

i suggest u try the EDGE on another person's ds though i don't really think that will help ^_^ most likely your EDGE has problem its either that or your memory stick.Try a few more times experiment with it,and see if any of them were the cause and just change them.
