Yeh i know its not gabranth himself, but basch and him are twins, so deal with it






His effects states:

Can only be special summoned by tributing the monster "Gabranth" to the graveyard. When summoned:
*Add 5 Countdown counters on "Gabranth - EX mode". Every turn, remove a counter from Gabranth and increase his ATK and DEF by 300 for every counter removed.
*Steal one face up monster's ATK, reduce it 0 and add 1/4 of the original amount to "Gabranth - EX mode" ATK.
*Cannot be destroyed by trap cards or magic cards.
When all of "Gabranth - EX mode" counters are gone, remove him from the field and special summon "Gabranth" onto the field, face up. This effect may only occur twice during the game.
