On top of that, I tend to get disconnected constantly. About 3~5 times at the least every day.

 

I actually thought I was gonna do worse!

 

Don't have one to show now, but I'm upgrading our plan. It will be a bump from 30KB/s to approximately 2.5MB/s (since we live near a cabinet).

 

whats a cabinet?

Well, there's a roadside cabinet, which offers ADSL2+ in my area. ADSL is a technology which allows internet data to be sent on copper telephone lines. My old plan had an artificial speed cap on so..

 

so how much is your 30/kb plan?

My my, compared to the range, mine is like Amsterdam o.o
I really have noticed improvement in mine 2.5d/0.25u... the d raised alot o.o
I wounder why is that, Israel`s providors are usually known for being biatchs at d\u... well u is as promised and d is even more, there`s gotta be something fishy, no it`s not overseed, I tried it again and again...
I think Bezeq might have changed their ways XD
