    Allright this result sucks. I can go way higher. Besides, if my iPod can reach 20 MB/s my desktop can go around 40 MB/s.

    whats worse is, im paying for the 6M package and im getting this >__>
    AT&T sucks, customer service is even worse when they tell you that your getting your provisioned speed X_X

    if its DSL then the speed you get is directly related to the length (and quality) of your line.

    well, loony the main office of AT&T is a stone's throw away from my house >__> i told them what could be wrong since i worked in DSL repair but they won't take my advice and recheck the line im on because they're saying im getting my provisioned speed

    i have even allowed the tech to screen share with me >__< they still say that the programs on their side is showing the provisioned speed, that they cannot send a tech out there.

    if i want, they could bill me for a tech to come out and check the lines but it would be about $100 to do this.

    i told them, if they didn't do something about my DSL line, that i would report their butts to the Better Business Bureau and they hung up on me, that includes a manager o.0

    only problem if i wanted to switch internet providers, they are the only ones in my area >___>
