That is RocketDock. The skin is included, if I'm right.

 

i have rocketdock but i dont have meters and weather in it

 

Neither do I, I thought that you meant the skin...

 

It's the XenoMorph theme from Alienware and for background I just googled up Alienware wallpaper and looked the one that fits with the black theme

 

how did you get the meters in it and the weather?

 

It's included in the XenoMorph Skin if you wanted the alienware feel to it, or if you just wanted to add it on your's I've had a look around the net for it and came across a website where you can download it for free: http://www.stardock.com/products/objectdock/

I would soooooooo love to put that clock on my desktop any chance you could set a download with that feature alone and make compatible with Alienware theme?
