Probably because they want to keep every last bit of RAM they have available, even if a custom theme is minuscule in terms of RAM usage. Vista taught them to be stingy with their RAM.

You know that "print screen" does not work at all keyboards?

It doesn't work at my PC either :-\ I got a Trust keyboard...

 

That's why there is software out there to screenshot anything on your screen.

YoshiFlip, it's not smart when you are copying what other people said putting it into your own words and then trying to act witty about it.

 

That's your problem if you have problems with it. I do NOT copy your/other user's words.
