'Built' is my idea body form, really. 2008 was a big turning point in my life where I gained weight and did nothing.

I almost had a heart attack last year, in a dinky little room in the Auckland YMCA.

Started doing weights again at least, but being a web designer and sitting around editing jpegs and shit isn't really helping.

 

At one point I tried to get my arms built, seeing as I have a good base for being buff...my arms are a little more beefed up (which helps for a super market job as I have-IM NOT KIDDING), but sadly I discontinued and just use work as my exercise...I prefer my 8 hours of gaming which i do straight after work

Well if you can build up one part of yourself, it's better than doing nothing, having a decent bicep and being able to make such awesome sigs ia a bloody epic gift I must say XD
