Its amazing that there are people from indonesia and the phillipines, i thought they where behind on all of this downloading roms and stuff. It seems i was wrong. South Korea however i kinda expected, they have the highest internet download average (22mb/s last time i checked) also i think many of the R4 cards are made in S Korea. This is not relevant but there are many reasons why it could be korea.

 

lol I'm from the Philippines and if only you knew, piracy is all the rage here. You could walk into a gaming store, which is sort of the equal of a gamestop, and see both original retail games and flashcarts next to each other on the shelves. That's how it is here.

 

I have a friend in china and he shew me one of these market stalls filled with pirated software/dvds. Etc.. And guess how much they cost each..? 5RMB each which is equivilant to 5 dollar cents. Rediculous right! Thats just worth it for the blank dvd!
