Hey guys, sort of new to the site. I was switching games and had a couple level 30ish pokemon i wanted to trade back to myself in the new game. Started on diamond and I'm switching to Platinum. Could anyone help me out? I just have two pokemon near level 40 and that's pretty much all I need to trade. 1 or 2 more after that, no more than 4.
