In the game, will you lose a few times to the hero? Or is the hero absent all together?

 

I do plan on having a hero in the game. As for having him in the game constantly, I don't think so. He'll be more like Red in Gold/Silver.

 

how long till the full complete hacked game comes out? i ant wait for it, especially since i have always wated to be team rocket, i even already have training especially in pokemon platinum with the cheats to steal pokemon from trainers.

No. Only using nerations 1, 2 and 3 Pokemon.

 

after you fight with your rival, Daisy [Green/Blue's sister] Still uses the same dialogue as the regular game does. Not sure if it was intentional, but given the way all the other NPCs speak to you, it felt odd with her speaking almost friendly towards you.
