Actually, Yellow was for the Gameboy. They did release a special Pokemon Yellow edition for GBC though.

I'd put Silver/gold/crystal into GBA edition.. the pak was GBC, but didn't really make a differrence playing on a GBA

Good news for all the Pokemon fans out in QJ land. We've finally picked up official word on the latest happenings in the Pokemon videogame world, and it seems there's a new game slated to come out this year.

The game, known as Pokemon Platinum, now has an official site, which we've linked to below. While not much information is available at present, the teaser site does make it clear that we'll be seeing a new form for the Giratina, known as the Origin Form.

In any event, the game is slated for a fall release. Those interested in deciphering the Japanese language on the website can follow the link below to see the teasers. Otherwise, enjoy these pictures we've acquired from the teaser site.

FALL RELEASE!?!!? AWESOME!

 

meh...its a DP remake >.<, i dont want DP remake, i want GS remake.....

 

we already had crystal.. we need 3 games out for each region, then in between, we get a filler, aka GSC remake

 

meh........they better have major improvement other then Sky Regigigas and Orgin Giratina.....

mmmmm... two water types,a grass, a ground, and a fire... a Gyarados that knows Thunder, Surf, and Ice Beam and your Dead... something to think about...

Whoa thats random.. I started a new Pokemon Pearl game on my R4 because I was getting bored, and now I found this... Interesting

 

Yes, very interesting..
I started a new game of Pokemon Yellow, and Crystal....

Interesting also...

 

So Pokemon Platinum will have

-3 new pokemon form
-Wifi support for underground
-Battle island
-new storyline
-new outfit for the main character

it doesnt sounded much........

 

yeah, HUGE craze, but it will dim down as soon as we find out taht D/P is not compatible (IF)

I know I'll get it because most of the games on my R4 are beaten, or I finished them, and the new games are games Im not really interested in, so I'll try this new upcoming one ;D
