i tried it with the link you have provided. again, i got an error "rom image has crashed" after a few minutes of entering and exiting the house. and it is set on start cartridge directly and i used the code you gave on the clean rom.

 

Maybe try DeSmuME depending on your hardware .

Then again how is your hardware, updated directx est ...

 

it runs too slow on my pc. it's just not worth it.

 

You need at lest a Pentium 4 2.4GZ 1 or 2GB of RAM , To Even run no$gba at descent speed .

If you are in the uk you can mostly pick up an original DS for about £10 to 15 , and maybe the game for £5 if look at right places .

DL lite about £30 to 35 these days.

Are order an R4 for about £8 with microSD chip, can only be bought of line, as removed from all shops.

 

i can run no$gba at normal speed. but desmume was always slow on my pc.

 

desmume is always a bit slow on everyones pc. That is the one reason no$gba is considered the best nds emulator and desmume comes second.
you've got to have a good system, a powerful cpu and sufficent ram to be able to use desmume.

this game will work fine on no$gba.

 

yeah - the only problem is i can't run it. it either freezes or i get an error "the rom image has crushed"

 

what version of no$gba are you using?
and just no$gba or no$zoomer?

 

It's should not happen with no$gba 2.7 a - b at all unless some think not right .

 

no$gba 2.7 a. i tried with 2.7 b. it happens every time. i'm not using no$zoomer.

Delete NO$GBA.INI altogether, Maybe some think got mixed up.

 

i tried it with a few different emulators (you sent me one and dark infernape sent me one i had had a few of them). i don't believe that the .ini file got mixed up in every single one of those emulators.

Them setting are perfect by half.

I really have no idea why the clean rom + ar code , are patched rom alone should crash.

Strange how I have not had that issue, Can anyone else do some testing and report results ?

trifun27, backup your save file first, download another copy of the rom and try again.
btw are you sure the AR Codes are entered correctly?

 

i have tried with 3 different roms. and i tried with the patched rom. yes i'm sure. is has to be set on "action replay" codes and "raw" needs to be checked.

 

then i guess your only option is using desmume.
