I don't get it. What's so special about this ? There are plenty of translations out 4 a certain time now.

It's the official translation put into the Japanese rom.

I know and so what ? It's still not 100% translated. Hopefully the real 'patch' will come out soon.

For now, it's the best thing out there. So don't complain about it please, just be happy to be able to play.

I'm not complaining but this isn't the best thing out. This is out for quite a while and I'm already playing it like this for quite a while.

Do what it says, Install Microsoft's .Net Framework.

I don't think any translation team ever got around to translating the full text of the game. Thats what this patch does. Translates (almost) all text, from what random trainers/people say as well as every thing else.


I can't seem to get the patch working, I had the same problem with V1, but ended up downloading the prepatched version. Could someone prepatch SS with V1.5 and upload it for me? Thanks.

Works 99.99% fine on R4-III.
First freeze was after 3 hours during battle.
Second freeze was random that led to a corrupt file :/

i decided to try something stupid. i had reached goldenrod on the US version so i thought "ima rename the US version to the patched japanese one"

... its worked.
rename the save and you dont lose your progress =D

Yep, they banned ryqib12. he said he knew the mods. and he didn't. now there won't be any more progress.
