Pokemon Heart Gold/Soul Silver Black Screen and Freezing Issues.

I'm using r4 and patched the rom with the non freezing patch, but when I play for about to 30 mins the game freeze, is there any way to stop that?
PS: sorry for the bad english, I'm not american ;D

 

I just made a new USRCHEAT with the code that was used for NO$GBA and put it on my Acekard 2.

I've been play for 15 minutes so far using a clean, unpatched rom, but i'll try it for another hour or so and report if anything happens.

 

Any proof as to if this fixes the freeze problem?

Does anyone know if there is a patch for iTouch DS cause i don't have a problem with a black screen only when i RT save. But when i try to save normally the game freezes.

How did you do that? how did you make the urscheat?

 

Adding and testing the posted code on the V1 English Translation patch of Pokemon Soul Silver, I imagine Heart Gold will yield the exact same results.

Ok, so I tried the code with both HG and SS and the result is that they both froze. SS froze after about 27 minutes, and HG froze after 31 minutes. Both times it happened when I was leaving a building. So it's safe to say that it does not do much, at least, not on flash carts. So I guess the quest for a working patch/code continues.

 

At Olivine City, after exiting the light house, pretty much everything at the back of the blue item store turned black... while I was able to move around (not on the black part). This isn't one of the black screen or freezing issues, but this is probably one of the issues with the rom? So I'm reporting it. I wonder if these will also be the problem with the actual cartridge.

 

Not likely. More likely an issue with what ever you are using to play the game (Emulator or Flashcart).

Click on action replay and raw. It should work fine...

Everything works fine until I open the my pokegear and I get the BSOD.

 

It seems like a pain to do the newest patch if I've already done a patch...can you patch a game that's already been patched?

 

Nope, it still crashes, D*$&%! I want this fixed! It happens every 45 minutes! We know the trigger, now where is the fix!?

 

Save every 10 minutes. Reset after the 4th save.
