delete Rob's save file in the battery folder

 

just make sure of the name of your save file, it's must be compatible and have the exactly same name as the patched ROM:

ROM: 4159 - Pokemon Heart Gold (J)(Xenophobia)_patched.nds
SAVE: 4159 - Pokemon Heart Gold (J)(Xenophobia)_patched.SAV

otherwise just delete the save file and start over again.

 

Is there a Patch for M3 DS Real?

 

I honestly don't know whats wrong with the saving, its weird that it works for one file and not another. Only thing i can think of trying is moving my save file to a different folder and start a completely new game, as soon as you are able to control your player, save, close the emulator (i have noticed that the save doesn't apply to the .sav file until no$gba is closed), then open and see if it saved correctly.

Did they fix the anti-piracy thing that crashes your game every 45 minutes?
I am becoming sick of restarting my DSi every 45 minutes of play, I WON'T BE ABLE TO USE THE BATTLE FRONTIER WITH A CAP LIKE THAT!!

 

Guys,I honestly don't know why you can't save.Mine saves fine,but it freezes sometimes when I change route,exit a building or at a battle's end.Also what's Arm7?

 

Not yet, but unless if you are sprinting through the game, I'm sure someone will work something out before you get to the battle frontier.

Though I heard the brains were the same as Sinnoh's, hope that's not true.

 

Unfortunately,the Brains are the same as Platinum's(compability reasons,who knows?).But that doesn't really bother me at all; AR DS codes FTW!!!

P.Son't think that I use AR codes for the BF of the real games;only for the emulator.Though I do use my AR for event Pokemon.

 

OMG!!!! im soooo tired of loking for a working patch for my Heart Gold ROM. i have a nintendo DSi and use the R4i SDHC upgrade Revolution for it. ive tried many MANY patches and ROMS but none of them work. if anyone has a similar situation to me and has a working patched ROM can PLEASE TELL ME!!!!

Hey can someone message back ive tried to get this to work on DeSume but it wont even load i get farther in no$gba if someone knows what to do plz help but if not i guess i will have to wail till i get my real copy next week

Ok, to all those who are still having problems, all of these fixes are NOT FULL FIXES. All they may do is reduce how frequently crashes and freezes occur. You can also check GBAtemp for more info once it's back up. Also, NO$GBA and other NDS emus are not yet perfect, and require certain settings in order to run the game. Even then, your chances of getting it to run perfectly with no freezes or slowdowns are practically zero. All we can do is wait for someone to fully bypass this anti-piracy method that GameFreak/Nintendo used. Usually it takes no more than a week for such a fix to come around.

when i try to open xDelta GUI.exe it says "failed to initialize properly (something in brackets). CLick ok to terminate the program." and the only option is to press OK or click 'x' on the corner
what do i do
like i said do we need a patcher

The moment that happened is when I can finally go back to the usual method I always set for No$GBA.

 

if you use dsmume it works just fine with the english patch, idk if there is freezing trouble yet but saving is fine no more black screen

Does any one know where i can find a rom with the anti freeze and english translation both patched in or separate. (For flash cards, if that makes a difference.)I'm using acekard 2.
