Pokemon Heart Gold/Soul Silver Black Screen and Freezing Issues.

I've played for 6 hours on my R4 SDHC without any problems

 

Has anyone tried this on the AceKard 2.1??? or are these just for R4?

 

Could i possibly have a link to a prepatched soul silver with rudolphs patch and english patch 4 or 3?
Sorry, im not being lazy but my stupid computer wont run the patchers in the rudolph file i downloaded.
By the way heart gold is fine too, i would just prefer soulsilver if possible.

Darkblaze, it wasn't just for R4, as a matter of fact, I was just testing it out for evilclown to see if it would work on flash carts and it did for my R4 sdhc.

There's no harm in testing it out because you never know if it'll work or not.

I'm using the rudolph's patch and latest english patch on the ak2i with the latest akaio firmware so ya, go ahead n buy the ak id say, havnt had a freeze yet
dont worry bout prepatched, it's really easy to patch it up n ive never done patching b4 either ;D

 

Is there any difference between AK2i and AK2.1?

Also, where can I find both of the patches?

 

Download CSL00's patch on page 16 (I think). It works perfectly on my Acekard2i and I have not had a single freeze or error.

 

What about a normal AceKard2.1 though? Mainly, what's the different between 2.1 and 2i?

 

nothing really, just that ak2i can be played on a dsi n ak2.1 cant

 

Alright, I have the NDSTT and use a Micro SDHC with it. I am not really good at all this patching or whatever stuff, I am relatively new to all of this. What are the links to the best(non freezing or close to it/ no black screen or close to it)of both the non translated HG and SS roms? and then, what are the links to the equally as good, furthest along the line, of translated links for both games? I understand this is quite a few links, but if they are all gathered in one post, it will help a number of people, not just myself. Thank-you!

 

Well, I used the patch on the 16th Page. Do I need to also add an English patch to it or does it already have it?

 

A question for Evilclown or anyone using his rom on the r4/sdhc/i: If i patch his prepatched rom with the new english patch (version 4) then will the play back ability be compromised? Ive heard that this is working 100% on peoples r4sdhc cards for 6 hours without a single freeze. is this true?

I still can't get mine to work! on my acekard2i I',m just to stupid with these things.. I downloaded CLS00 but I just dont get it!!!

README says this
"Extract the contents of this .rar into a folder.
Three important files you must haveL

-xdelta
-patch.pat
-DragUntrimmedROMhere.bat

All are included.

It's a simple drag and drop. Drag an UNTRIMMED,
UNPATCHED original HeartGold/SoulSilver ROM onto the apply patch.bat file.

This will create a patched file in the same directory
as the original ROM.

To use your old save, rename the new patched file to
the name of your original ROM.

This will auto trim the ROM for you.

The patched ROM will be in the same folder as the original, untrimmed ROM."

1.I have xdelta I know what it is now! but! what does this mean!

Does it mean the Original ROM that was posted on Romulation? the one with all thoes Bugs?
Also No one here hs answered if there ROM has worked on Wifi
I'm talking about the AK2i Users! because mine didnt work with smack downs
