Pokemon Heart Gold & Pokemon Soul Silver

I know that dont worry, but I'm asking in Yellow could you evolve your pikachu? (I guess yes) did it look like a raichu was following you?

 

i can't remember, you could trade and elvolve it

i think pikachu refused it in yellow

raichu didn't follow you though if traded back

 

Pikachu always refused an evolution from a Yellow Stone yes.

 

So thats what I'm saying, maybe in the remake you won't be able to evolve your starter cause of some lame excuse some old prof is going to make up

 

I doubt that, because you were able to evolve the starter in the original. Also maybe it is an option that you can choose whether you have your starter follow you or not.

 

well keep in mind that Pokemon yellow is a special case, Pokemon Yellow is base on Pokemon Anime Series (IIRC Gary has an Eevee just like in the anime....but i cant be sure since its so long ago)


I hope the evoled starter would still follow you arround, or i wont let it evole.

Crystal is a normal pokemon game with new features from gold/silver
like emerald is from ruby/sapphire
and platinum from diamond/pearl

 

lol thats not a bad idea.. I think they'll probably wait like they did with Diamond and Pearl and then transitioned to Platinum... I would like to see a remake of Crystal also, so I can catch the three legendary dogs...

 

You could catch them in Gold & Silver... it's just that catching Suicine was part of the story line in crystal.

Gold was the first pokemon I ever played, Chikorita was the first pokemon I ever used. Cant wait.

i'm still laughing at the fact that Feraligator's name doesn't fit in the game though; not enough letter spaces XD (needs 11, has 10 spaces for pokemon names)

then either i've been living in a box, read the English subs wrong, or the subbers screwed up. i could swear at some point i saw it being used that way. oh well, bulbapedia solves everything XD

 

hey even the official dub got problem, remember Arbok evolve into Serviper?
