since FireRed \ LeafGreen doesnt have a 3rd version, i dont think there is a 3rd version for GSC remake, please as i already mention somewhere in this topic, HGSS have crystal storyline in it as well.

Yeah.. but if the storyline is the same as Crystals, Suicine will be built into the main storyline while Raikou and Entei are roamers.

Since they're releasing this as a main 5th gen, (not as a side of the 5th gen, FR/LG is basically a side of the 3rd gen) I'm assuming they would release a third installment for the generation. However, if they released two other nonremade games, made them the main series as 5th gen, and then released HGSS mirroring FR/LG, then yes there would not be a Crystal remade version. They would then release a 3rd version for the 5th gen some time later.

I noticed for their main generation games, they've always released a 3rd version that combines both of the previous versions together, with added shit, AFTER everyone's bought the first two.

 

maybe they will bring a 3rd game to HGSS...but it won't be a remake. They're featuring the crystal story in HG and SS, so it could be possible that they are creating a brand new game to go along with the remakes

 

eh. i'm sure alot of you will agree with me when i say, " the pokemon creators are running out of ideas."

after so many seasons and so many pokemon, its obvious your running out ideas.

the ones from the last one, platinum, yea i find them looking like crap.

i wouldn't mind playing hgss. but chances are i won't.

 

i don't understand what them running out of ideas now has to do with you playing a remake of the 2nd generation games..it's kind of irrelevant don't you think

 

Does anyone know if Kanto will make a return? Like it was in Gold/Silver?

What I liked most about Gold/Silver was that you got to go to Kanto once you finished the main game.

I'm having my doubts that Kanto will make a return, as out of the 100 pre-release pics I've seen, not 1 has shown even a peice of evidence that Kanto will make a return.

 

It wouldn't be a remake if they didn't include Kanto.

 

I'm slowly getting the feeling its not going to be a true remake...it's going to be quite different.

 

but that was like the other HALF of the game though.
and it is the best feature that they've ever had in their games.

 

They should try something new, like Pokemon school or a tournament with overpowered pokemon.

 

if you are bored of waiting for these games play some hacks of other games like pokemon blue sea,qartz,selebi's and million other games
