Pokemon Heart Gold & Pokemon Soul Silver

With the Pokéwalker you could choose moves to recieve when you next go on the game and depending on the amount of badges and time of day the extra stat points would be given to your poke or you could just get random extra stat points

 

Maybe you'll randomly encounter minigames for extra XP o.o

 

Sounds neat, maybe the Pokémon living in the area you last saved in would be the ones that give the extra stat points

Didn't I already mention this? Actually better than that, go here to my thread about the game on another forum. The last paragraph covers everything we know about the PokéWalker.

 

What about stats from levelling up against enemies and learning moves?

Well... Since you'll be carrying around the Pokémon, I don't see why it can't notify you that your Pokémon has levelled up and not only tell you how the Pokémon's stats have been affected but also whether you want it to learn a new move or whatever.

 

I've seen some screenshots. The original games have been killed!

Gold, Silver, Crystal can't even beat GTA (and they're the only games about which I'm stating this, so that quite says something) and now it doesn't even look like the originals!

I'm gonna download it though, just to try. Hope Johto AND Kanto are in there... ROFL

 

Grand Theft Auto: Chinatown wars is one of the worst games for the DS, it only just beats the Imagine: series games

 

I'd have to disagree... It's, for me, one of the best DS games. Don't get the other guy's boggle, though.

Anyway! Good news, it seems trading Arceus over to either Heart Gold or Soul Silver and taking that Arceus to someplacethatwedon'tknowaboutyet will start a meeting between you and Cynthia - whom explains to you that Arceus, being the God Pokémon and all that, can create new life. It's from here that you can create either Dialga, Palkia or Giratina. All Level 1. Why you'd need this feature after Platinum, I have absolutely no idea.

 

I think Giratina will be most chosen

 

Maby for people who are missing them?? Or they want to start a new game with one of them from the start??

 

Why would you be missing them? There's only one conceivable reason why anyone would want a Level 1 Giratina and that's because they want to use one competitively and you can't breed it - so getting a Level 1 Giratina will mean maximum stat gain.

 

This news can be found on serebii.net. I juz saw it there. They have updates on the game events as well. Not so much at the moment though

Nah, it looks to be a one off thing. But that's where ROMs come into the equation, you see. Trade your legit Arceus over to a ROM of Heart Gold and save just before you meet up with Cynthia to start the scene (back up that save to your PC). Then select one of them, Giratina say, and trade that with your real version of Soul Silver. Then swap the new save on your Flashcard with the backed up save on your PC (so you basically reset to before you speak to Cynthia) and do the same again, but pick a Palkia this time. Do that for a third time to get Dialga. Viola!

I've done this a few times, to clone legit Shinies like my Charmander (since it's rare to get trades online unless you're offering a Legendary or a Shiny in return).
