One very interesting, and useful, thing to note... The PokéWalker thing actually translates each step you take into EXP for the Pokémon that was transferred to the device. Since I quite like taking walks, it won't be hard at all to nab free EXP. I have to say, this is the most unobtrusive and awesome way to get EXP yet.

 

that was what i thought. although, walking around with a Pokemon pedometer around school might not be the best idea, for me anyways.

 

It's perfect for me. I can get free EXP for my Pokémanz while I walk to town and buy the groceries and stuff. That's generally about 6 miles or there abouts, so I wonder how much EXP that would translate into.

the tamagochi thingy can sense how many steps you have taken? how does that work?

And here's a question - what if they include new things, that make HM's like Rock Climb, and Dive available in some extra areas?
I mean - it'll fail like FR/LG unless they do add extra stuff.

Confirmed - any Pokémon in your possession can follow you, even ones as big as Steelix and Wobuffet. You can even check their happiness like you did with Pikachu, except that you simply get a bubble with a smiley face. I also very much love the new Pokédex design, as well as the Pokémon Stats screen.
