pokemon games: growing or failing

Or another path this could take is an mmorpg version of the Mystery Dungeon series. Just like any mmorpg, you customize your pokemon avatar then go off exploring with fellow pokemon explorers ;D

 

its good to finally have an online MMORPG of pokemon

 

it'd be nice to have a game where you can actually interact with everyone online at that time.. like when you get connected, you transport to the area where everyone online is....but that'd mean lag, and your DS GO ASPLODE

Am I the only one that plays pokemon for co0mpetitive battling? I only got into competitive, because I got knocked out from a competition, first round, the prize was 500$ and a DS lite...The person i lost to won...I would've beaten him if it weren't for his metagross..his last pokemon wiped out my last 3..

That is the exact thing that i did, I never had a CBC just the original big red bad-boy, had pokemon red and yellow the next one i had was diamond for the DS. i thought diamond was a real waste of money, I didn't even play it all the way through, a poor show considering i still stick some batteries in good old big red.
Yes pokemon is going downhill in my opinion.

Well, of course, more to catch, but I'm gonna bet nintendo will screw up alot of pokemon's stats

 

i loved crystal/gold/silver series (crystal ftw)
and i also loved red version
they should do some sort of remake (not like fire red/leaf green) with yellow version where you get to use pikachu again or remake the gold/silver/crystal series <-- why do they get left out? =(
or make all the current games into one huge game where you go from red version place > gold/silver place > ruby/saphhire place > diamond/pear =)
overall they still are good, but they have been dropping with the recent diamond/pearl

I dont think anyone plays pokemon for the story anymore. They just want to collect as much, if not more, as their friends. Its a rivalry thing. Especialy to kids.

 

Thats what its all about man, drop your opponents pokemon before they drop yours, and do it with style !

But like seriously, what about a Pokemon Game for the PC, just imagine what you could do.

 

^Yeah...yet... Most common OS = Windows = Microsoft = Rival. Ever notice there aren't any Mario games on the XBox?

 

it would be better if we could use the strategies like in the pokemon manga so the game, you would be really training your pokemon rather that just battling wild pokemon
