Also everyone there is a wi-fi event which gives you the liberty ticket, which you can use to get a legendary pokemon early in the game.

Once you get the ticket in game, go to the big city where the 3rd gym is and go to the south of the town with the ships. Then there is one ship which will take you to an island filled with a few team Plasma Members. Then enter the house in the island and you see the pokemon. Its lv15.

 

How exactly do I get the ticket?

 

k first you need to configure your wi-fi. This can be done in any game that has online play. Once your in the main menu screen of pokemon, press "A" on the 3rd option. You will be taken to a light blue screen with 3 options. Press "a" on the first option and then look for the option that says wi-fi afterwards. Just keep pressing A and once you get ticket, go to pokemon center and talk to the post man guy.

I just beat the 3rd gym and I also got the legendary pokemon from the event. Also I made a typo on my last post and I fixed it.

I think King Leo means where do you use the ticket. Go to the big city place where 3rd gym is and walk all the way to the left of the town from the pokemon center, and then go south. There is a guy by the ship. Talk to him.

i'm on the big city where the 3rd gym is , but when i going into the 3rd gym got 2 guys out and after that i went to someplace and a team plasma member show up and gone away and a guy chasing him... starting that point i dunno need to go where?

Mystery Gift.

I caught the legendary Victini. Took me about 4 tries because i kept killing it and it took at least 20 great balls. It's lvl 15 and i was using the 2nd evolution of the water starter. Watergun didn't even KO it when i was lvl 22 and it was super effective.

 

does any1 no how to get to the 5th gym leader i have hm04 and when i went west to route 16 and got to the end of it there is a cave and two men are blocking the way

Go to the very north of huin city near the gate. It's on the left hand side. Enter the building and go up. Talk to the scientist and he will tell you to give him two phrases. The phrases are here.

Umm go somewhere to the south of the city and you will meet your friends (in game). And then after you see the plasma guy running off, look for your nerdy guy friend somewhere in the city square where its all circular and stuff. And then once you find him, go south and there are plasma members outside a building and you go in there.
