The new starters look alright

 

I'm so gonna buy a new DS.

 

What happened to your old one? You should besides the new Pokemon games. There is Golden Sun Ds and Okamiden to look forward too. Monster Rancher Ds as well if you're a fan. Can't wait for the new pokemon its already growing on me.

Bit Disappointed in the pictures -_-" i though it was more " awesome " but it just look like some random pokemon game with 3D xD.

i already want to play this game, and its supposed to have new 5gen pokemon since its coming out with the new season of pokemon on fall

 

This is the 5th gen game, so it's gonna have all new 5 gen pokemon

A fire pig? I would imagine this would evolve into a very awesome hard hitting Tank - perhaps a fire/ground type similar to Camerupt? However looking at the colour combination... it might even be a fire/Dark type like houndoor. The grass snake.... Speedy grass type? They did that with Sceptile right? The picture doesn't really give away too much but perhaps it might also have posion type thrown in to go with the "snake" look. And that otter like thing?- from the colour combination it looks like it might perhaps evolve into some type of water+ice Pokemon.

On a whole I'm not very impressed with the starters- but the evolutions should hold some juicy detail.

Woah, Pokemon has gone a lot over the top. I thought the sinnoh starters were crap already, but its gone more crapper and crapper. A fire pig? Grass snake? Otter water? I normally pick the water one, but this is a bloody outrage. Did Pokemon cut their budget or something? My personal favourite was the Johto and Hoenn starters.

 

I bought a DS <i>just</i> for Pokémon 4th-gen while I was in 7th grade (I'm in 10th grade now). I'm surprised it still survived after ALL THOSE TIMES I'VE DROPPED IT... (even though the left speaker and mic are broken... no worries though) Just wanted to quote, 'cause it brought back memories. Thanks man =3

Which brings me to something else, I haven't read about any new info about Golden Sun DS and it's been a year... D= What the hey Camelot? You'll spend time developing sports games and Mario games but not Golden Sun?? Urgh... >_>

 

Ken Sugimori must be pretty bored with drawing stuff for Pokemon now probably...

Well, at least the Trainers are at least implied to be 13-15 and not 10-12...


The Moving Pokemon kinda reminds me of the Bosses in Sidescroller Adventure Games who just move like dolls connected in joints...

 

First off the starters suck ass.... And seccond does anyone else see that the pokemons arnt following the trainers anymore??

 

Yeah I also noticed Pokemon weren't following the trainers.

 

I wonder if they took it off so they wont spoil the pokemon....

 

I don't know.
But I think the Pokemon should follow you in the game.

 

So is it just me or are people gonna lean towards the Fire/Dark?? Since Psychic types cant touch it....
