Um... It's an inherent part of the game, if they changed it it wouldn't be part of the series anymore, but a new one.

In the UK, Ireland, (and many more... I know UK English is more commonly taught in foreign countries) it's spelled "colour."

But black and white aren't colours anyway, they're the complete presence or complete absence of colour.

 

And in Canada too!

Technically, black and white are not colours, like you said, nor are they presences/absences of colours. They're just shades.

 

The protests against the names have reached the ears of Nintendo....

Apparently they are re-naming the games Pokemon Light an Dark Versions in England and America.

I think this is rediculas and Racism complaints are getting way out of hand!

Plus there IS going to be a third game, like with Diamond, Pearl and Platinum, it will be called:
Pokemon Grey Version. Which backs up my earlier comment, i mean, Light, Dark and Grey HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE????

That's just a video of the images that LittleKill posted; there is no new information in it and the same pictures are shown several time at different zoom levels.
The 3D graphics barely look more advanced than the recent Poke'mon games, so i hope these are for the current DS and not for the DS3D. I'd like to observe a battle scene in action and see if sprite animation has been improved... Very interesting.

I didn't notice a new one... Maybe i missed it, i wasn't paying attention as i thought they would just be the same.
I think most people knew the art was fake, it was just so obvious that it didn't get pointed out.

 

Well i don't doubt the 5th generation is on its way, serebii.net, has pictures of two new pokemon that are confirmed on the home page, but as for black and white who knows.

 

Also, the new girl looks like a bro. I'm okay with this.

Box certainly couldn't be any faker, using the artwork from the game Black and White didn't help. However the news of the game is somewhat interesting. Not a huge pokemon fan anymore but will likely still play through for something different when they get released. I get the feeling they're really running out of ideas increasing the number to over 500 now

SO GLAD! At least i dont need to worry about getting a 3DS. Can't wait till next spring, form the looks its really in 3D graphics instead of a 3D-2D way

You know, I just noticed that the names got lamer and lamer... ANYWAY; it's all color names then it changes with Crystal to be STONE names... Light and Dark doesn't fit.
