In the word of gaming. Or at least the classic one or even nowadays. The more color "Black" a enemy have, the more evil or strongest he is.

Thats a simple way to classify if a monster is stronger or not.

This can be easily observed in TWEWY, tell me what color are the monsters in the end of the game?

Dark Purple is also commonly used to mean "evil" in JRPGs... you could say its racist as well, because purple is the color related to a homosexual person. (even if they don't accept that and use a rainbow as symbol)


PS: This is not a racist comment or anything, I am actually talking serious here... start paying attention to the games you play.

 

If you ask me it's not racist at all. Black people are DARK brown and white people are LIGHT brown. In games, black is evil and white is good is probably more due to the fact kids are scared of the dark and hence evil, the unknown and white is good because it's the opposite of black and look at the sky, where heaven supposedly is, clouds are white. At least that's how I see it. To me colour racism is a bunch of bull. Among my friends we can joke around about how dark/light we are cause it's more or less racism free.

 

I don't know a single person that is genuinely racist. They just joke like they are.

btw if you're referring to the third game, it would be grey (definitely not brown anyway), i kind of doubt there will be a third game with this gen tbh though.

 

Isn't it just hilarious how the current topic of discussion is racist remarks and there's nothing on the sheer amount of changed stuff in the game?

It's like "Wow, there's so much new stuff in the game that's breaking the boundaries of Pokemon like we've previously known, but let's just talk about how the games are the epitome of racism instead!"

The people who start those discussions are usually stupid kids who have no interest in the game beyond the fact it's Pokemon.
They have nothing to say about the game unless it has something to do with the pokemon's looks (or now due to it being B/W, racism), MORONS. Everything else regarding the game will be ignored by them.

 

its so dumb how this became a topic of rascism in games. if game developers wanted there to be rascism in their game, they would put it, they dont care for it to be subliminal. its like in gta vice city, they depict cubans or haitians as poor, filthy, shit people.

going on topic again. i think the game looks awesome. i dont like the pokemon too much, but the 3d graphics, the battle system, they look sweet. sure they didnt change much story wise. but why change a recipe that is perfect?

 

The improvements i'm liking most at the moment are -
The triple battle mechanics
New battle animation (and the zoom in/out)
The different look between the two versions (pick white if you're looking for a change)
Season cycle

The story is the same (bit disappointing, but meh), but the team you're up against this time have an opposite intention to the teams of the previous, an almost hippy like status.

Here are some of the new characters, you can see
Cheren = The discerning geek
Belle = The ditsy klutz/bimbo (both are main rivals i think)
N = The wistful hippy (member of team plasma no doubt)

just look at them and see the descriptions lol

 

I'm sorry, but this is the only guy here who makes sense.

On topic, like what he said, the 3D graphics look sweet.
Hope there are new 'Uber' Pokemon's.

Nintendo should totally remake Pokemon Yellow.
I'd so buy the game.

 

I'm only looking forward to the new Poke'mon and the storyline.Graphics don't impress me so do the triple battle mechanics

Why? You really can't make it different.
I'd laugh if they change the Pokemon storyline to purely just saving the world.
