An in-depth will tell you that the new Isshu region is based off New York.

The dark ground type is by far the most interesting- it seems like it will have the most useful evolutions out of the lot- and the plus 1 to the attack after every ko is also a nice aspect.

that fat fire monkey will probably evolve/stay as a pure fire type. It should be the normal heavy tank type.

nothing else is of real interest.

Twister, Gust and Thunder only apply to 1st stage of Fly and Bounce, not floating.

How do you know it doesn't? Have you actually seen a move that makes pokemon float?
We don't know until we see it.

Edit: It might only allow the opponent to use Special attacks. (Because they're not close)

you didnt know much about pokemon, did you?

we got levitate and magnet rise. last time i check Twister, Gust and Thunder doesnt do more damage to those who have levitate nor use magnet rise. Telekinesis is just a magnet rise on your opponent.

plus like i said it may have a 2nd effect that we may not know, but if it doesnt have a 2nd effect, it will be pretty useless as it only add advantages to your opponent.

Black and White is messed up. You get a white legendary in Black and a black legendary in White.
It's just a bit wierd to me.

    It's just a rumour I heard from a friend. Don't know if it's true.

The idea is that the reversed black and white is supposed to follow:

    See the pattern?

The recent videos on Pokemon Black/White looked pretty good.
Among all 3 starters, the grass one looks the coolest.
Hope that this doesn't turn out boring. ;]

Talking about Yin Yang symbol, I got information from GameFaqs website.

Message from purple_raven at GameFaqs website

Remember this is a Japanese game. made in japan for japan, Europe and everyone else get it later due to popularity and money. Now that being said: In japan white is associated with negative while black is associated with positive.

For example funeral attire is white, while the highest achievement colored belt in martial arts is black.

So my theory is Reshiram would be a "bad" legendary and Zekrom would be a "good" legendary. Either through the storyline like you help Zekrom stop Reshiram or something rather. At the same time since both versions will have the same story line (hopefully if continuing the pattern set by all the previous games minus R/S and team A/M) the black and white box i believe is just to counteract with the cover pokemon. Seeing black on black and white on white would look kinda funny, and boring, every other previous covers matched with the pokemon in some way or another. Its common knowledge that they are changing and updating the pokemon games more than ever so why not start with the box it comes in?

    Thats my theory anyways.

    NOTE: "yin yang" is CHINESE.
This Symbol Yin Yang represents the ancient Chinese understanding of how things work. The outer circle represents "everything", while the black and white shapes within the circle represent the interaction of two energies, called "yin" (black) and "yang" (white), which cause everything to happen. They are not completely black or white, just as things in life are not completely black or white, and they cannot exist without each other. Hence it might have nothing whatsoever to do with these new legendary dragons. Granted yes they do rely on other cultures for ideas for pokemon but this symbolism is to great to really be taking from another culture. the black/white symbolism is really different in alot of cultures so naturally they'll use there representation in there own game.

White is always good and black is always evil, that's what they teach you when you are young. Colour Classification ;D
